Djibouti : The Dictator cloned PARTY - NATIONAL - DEMOCRATIC - PND

PRESS RELEASE
              PARTY - NATIONAL - DEMOCRATIC - PNDThe National Democratic Party has just been cloned, well-known practice Djibouti's regime. It was used in the past against several opposition parties with PND and involves replacing the leading members of a party by militants ruling party, the RPP during an "extraordinary congress" held by the latter.We unreservedly condemn this undemocratic act that we consider

null and void.
Please find below two documents describing the President of the PNDevents as well as crimes and acts of torture used by the current regime against the NDP activists and opposition Djibouti: A grotesque hoaxIsmail Omar Guelleh dictator, has just committed in the face of the people Djibouti and the world staged improbable. It brought together in a large hotel room a few dozen members of his party-the Popular Rally for Progress (RPP) - with the mission to into "extraordinary congress of the National Democratic Party.The aim was to impose a new president in the National Democratic Party. is a young selected by the plan; this boy meets two conditions dear to Dictator tribalism and crime. 1) It turns out that he belongs to my sub-clan Triba l;
2) an offender because it mimicked my signature and usurped my checkbook, which allowed him to draw from my bank account a sum of nine hundred thousand francsDjibouti. He committed this serious theft in 2005 when he was my personal chauffeur.It's that time I had fired while wearing a complaint in court.He was jailed a few months but until his case is now on appeal. In recent years he was a bus driver. This boy is not a member of the PND.I had recruited as personal driver in solidarity given the misery where his family lived in particular the long illness that killed his father, there Several years. Wearing his choice on the boy, the dictator thinks illusion that the party could fall into the hands of someone who belongs to my sub-clan.To the chagrin of the dictator I say solemnly that the NDP is not a party founded the tribal clannish. It's a party that aims to bring together all communities owned this land for millennia. The vast audience of PND which tremble as the dictator finds its essence in these databases.The dictator must know that you can not kill the National Democratic Party. Even if he is able to kill me as he projects the doctrine of PND me survive. The people you met at Sheraton hotel consisting of only one person belonging to the NDP, it is Mr. Dabaleh who assumed the title of Vice President before leaving the party he is 9 months. I was heart broken when that man told me about the dilemma he faced.
It
came to see me one night and he told me this I reported verbatim: "Mr. Chairman, I respect you very" high, and I have great esteem and account for the PND, I can not "continue the journey with you because I am terribly threatened by the regime, people "very close to the regime came to me and told me: you "must choose between two alternatives:or you stay at PND and in this case you will be fired from your job and you may being thrown into "prison; or you leave it by joining the scheme, in which case you "will be immediately appointed department head while getting a good amount "of money. Mr. Dabaleh added, trembling, not everyone is as brave as you, they
you are so afraid they can kill you, this scheme is really
bloody as you said. "End quote. I told him no hard feelings, I understand your situation.The RPP can appoint the Chairman of the National Democratic Party and its leadership. The PND, one of the first two parties with the PRD to be legalized, remains free and independent. It is not the ally of the ruling alliance. The PND is docked in opposition. The National Democratic Party (PND) has tens of thousands of members and sympathizers. As founding President I ask all members of continue the fight for democracy. I ask you to consider the masquerades and the staging of the dictatorial regime null and void. Activists continue your fight with your willingness and courage legendary. Recall that the 84 activists tortured horribly under the direct orders of the dictator and his wife have never agreed to comply. The fight continues, insha'Allah.

Acts of torture I am placed under house arrest. This measure is applied to my residence - located in the main city of Aviation (capital) and, second, based in my garden Ambouli. Twenty police officers and gendarmes took turns every twenty-four hours Around these two residences without entering them. They observe all from afar those who enter without a disincentive. They expect that visitors come homes and follow them up to two hundred meters to stop with machine guns and handcuffs for boarding vehicles. The monitoring in question began six months before the presidential election April 8, 2011. No document of any kind does not mention this situation restricts my freedom as a citizen and politician. I am, in fact, placed in house arrest that dare not speak its name. The arrests are not directed at myself or my wife and our children nor our brothers and sisters. When I come home and go out of my houses the policemen and gendarmes dressed in civilian clothes are hidden behind blocks or trees, certainly for I do not identify them. It appears that the ruling alliance will be felt "distraught" by the position highly critical had adopted the National Democratic Party (NDP) during the campaign presidential election. To date 84 people have been arrested and imprisoned for a time varying between 15 and 30 days. All these 84 people are members of the NDP, much being members of the governing body (National Council, sections, commissions, etc. ..). All these people, without exception, must answer two questions: why do you adhere to the NDP? At what tribal clan do you belong? After these questions they undergo the torture of this kind: - Undressing of the prisoner,
- Metal chain linking the hand and left foot,
- Extreme brutality (sewing feet, punches, beatings with clubs, etc. .. etc. ..)
sparing no part of the body, - Towel sprayed with water covering her face to stifle - Daily food: 150 grams of bread and some tea contained in a small metal box. This ordeal lasted three consecutive days and begins upon arrival in cell prisoner. It takes a week if the inmate fails to comply with injunctions torturers.
The injunctions are to be admitted he left the NDP in condemning strongly the position of president of the party and promising to join the RPP. The inmate must sign a paper in this direction. By engaging in this way it will also a large sum of money and a "well-paid job." Nobody signed such a paper.
Everyone has reaffirmed his support for President of the NDP, the party leading the struggle fordemocracy.The 84 members of the NDP who have gone through this treatment have refused injunctions torturers. The vast majority of both are released at present butArrests continue among other members of the NDP. Unfortunately ten of these martyrs have died as a result of serious injuries (broken ribs, kidney blocked, lung trauma and jaw etc. ..) and this after returning to their homes.This happens in the Republic of Djibouti. The termination of bloody dictator is
checks clear. The victims of these terrible tortures know the identity of the torturers. Most for this mechanism are two colonels, two majors, three captains anda couple of NCOs and soldiers of rank. I can not not make these crimes and people of Djibouti international organizations for human rights. It really crimes against Humanity is defined as follows: "A crime against humanity is a" violation deliberate and shameful human rights of an individual or a "grouppeople inspired by political or ethnic grounds As for performers to torture people start to speak, some of them appear before a certain remorse: they claim, but with discretion, threeconcerns: a) why the presidential couple it eat a hatred as tenaciousagainst the NDP? b) why all those arrested and tortured they belong tosome clans? c) why deny citizens the freedom to go wherever they want?I can not give here a list of names of victims of torture as I have no doubt they will risk being murdered. The National Democratic Party send that list to the UN Commission for Human Rights located Geneva, Switzerland. He will also seize the prosecutor of the ICC International (ICC). The NDP will ask the authorities to conduct a survey in the Republic of Djibouti to take cognizance of these crimes and initiate sanctions against authors and sponsors. The National Democratic Party do to stop this procedure only if the leaders of this Country apologize in due form to the National Party and Democratic put an end to the shameless and illegal attacks which that party is subject, but alsocompensating victims of crimes to physical harm and
pain and suffering!
